Fernando Ayala-Partner

The first thing you will notice about Fernando is his passion for life and his sincere desire to do his best.  A father of two wonderful children, Jakob and Amber.  He enjoys riding his Harley and attending a good sporting event, hanging out at the village and every now and then an order of nachos at Hero's.  He recently acquired a taste for sushi with enough wasabi that he can be mistaken for Shrek.  His professional mission is serving each client with honesty and integrity.  His years of experience in the real estate field gives him the knowledge and edge to assist his clients with every real estate inquiry or challenge.  Whether you are buying, selling or investing in income property, he is here to assist you.  If you find yourself in the city of Claremont please stop by and say hello.


Diana Veloz-Partner and Broker

Diana's solid background and dedication to continued education inspires confidence and gives her clients the edge they need to meet their real estate goals.  Her area knowledge is invaluable and can be a true asset when listing or selling a home in the San Gabriel Valley.  Diana is an active member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee.  Her experience includes serving on the Citrus Valley Grevience Committee for ten years and is past president for the "Women's Council of Realtors SGV" for 2007 &2008.  Diana's knowledge, experience and high standards for professionalism gives her the advantage in the ever changing real estate market.  Many former clients have also become life long friends. Diana grew up in the West Covina area and later moved to San Dimas and finally, Claremont.  When she is not listing or showing properties she can be found spending time with family and friends.   Conversation over a cappuccino,sharing an interesting bottle of wine, yoga, gardening, reading and hiking the local canyons are just a few of her favorite things. 


Adrie-Marie Bogaars

You will notice that I am very easy to talk to and that I am dedicated to doing the best job possible. I was born and raised in the La Verne community and I am fortunate to live where I work in the Foothill communities. I recently got engaged to the man of my dreams, Joshua, and plan on marrying next year. Some of my hobbies include spending time with family and friends and traveling to new and exciting places. I also enjoy playing slow-pitch softball and cheering on my favorite team, the Los Angeles Dodgers. I would really enjoy the opportunity to help you and your family in finding the home of your dreams.

Ricardo Ayala

I believe in first impressions, so when I meet someone I strive to convey my love for life and passion for my business.  I enjoy good conversation both on and off the golf course.  A round of golf for me is much like life; you must strategize before your next swing.  When I'm not on the golf course I am with my family.  I'm a wonderful daddy to two strong willed boys Nick and Ben.
